Hi my students are designing a daughter board for a GPS, SD Card, etc. They have drawn up the PCB footprints and circuit symbols and are ready to start laying out the board.
However, where they are struggling is getting the 32 pin connector in the right place. They are using Proteus to do this and was wondering if they could import a file that has the PCB with holes and the connector in place. Is this possible? What package have you used and would you be able to export in a suitable format. I can ask the vendor (labcenter electronics) wht can be done. If this is not possible would you possibly have a scrap raw PCB that we could measure?
The team would appreciate any help here and would also share any files they create in case it is useful to other teams
Thanks
Pete
